18:00 – 18:45 Brookvale Functional Fitness functional fitness will train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. With the use of different equipment e.g. kettlebells and battle ropes etc. we will target both upper and lower body at the same time and emphasize on core stability.
