Workout Classes

We offer over 22 different varieties of classes to keep your workout programme varied, please check out our timetable for the full list of workout classes.

All classes are included in full memberships or casual prices are:

Admission to a Group Exercise Class after the warm up period has taken place may not be permitted. This is to safeguard you from injury. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance by calling 01928 712051

Pads & Bikes

This class is a mix between boxercise and Indoor group cycling, giving you a 60 minuets high calorie burning workout! Suitable for all levels, Mix things up and try this class

Indoor Group Cycling

Our cycle class is an indoor experience where you’ll spin your way through a mixture of terrains – tackling hills, time trials, sprints and flats. You’ll ride to motivating music whilst improving your cardio fitness, burning calories and strengthening your legs and core. Great if your goal is Weight Loss, Training for an Event or General Fitness

Monster Circuits

Our one hour Monster Circuit class consists of a mix of cardio and resistance training stations where you will focus on increasing your metabolism and boost your fitness levels with this all over workout. This class is better suited to the high fitness levels as Clare our instructor won’t let anyone get away with resting! So be prepared to work hard in these classes!

Total Tone

Total Tone is an aerobics class designed to increase cardiovascular finesses, perfect for someone who is getting back into fitness as total tone is a lower intensity class that helps you to drop fat and develop some muscles to boost metabolism

Aqua Circuits

Aqua circuit is for those who prefer a more targeted workout without the dance to music element. Aqua circuit’s classes are the aquatic equivalent to circuits in the gym. Based on a range of activities and movements, participants use equipment such as weights and specialised floats and move between stations to tone specific muscle groups. Workouts often include an element aimed at improving aerobic fitness

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing

Functional Fitness

The all-round body burner, we use a variety of different equipment to mix things up. This class includes weights, cardio and body weight exercise to burning calories and gain strengthen. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasise core stability

Indoor Group Cycling + Abs

Formed by a former Royal Marine Commando and an international gymnast in 2010, Metafit is the original group X HIIT workout. 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only workouts that set the metabolism on fire. We have been creating true HIIT workouts for our coaches for over 10 years and weather you are teaching a Boot Camp, Studio class or a PT session, Metafit works! its tough, but its meant to be

Legs, Bums + Tums

Tone your thighs, tighten your bum and firm those abs in the ultimate lower body workout. Legs Bums & Tums will target those stubborn areas using high rep ranges and nothing but your own body weight

Core + Stretch

Everyone can learn to stretch, regardless of age or flexibility; it’s never too late to start stretching. Stretch & Core is a 30min class and will target each of the major muscles groups following some gentle mobilising movements to warm the muscles

AquaFit

Aquafit is a fun aerobics class in the water; it promotes fitness for life and aims to maintain stamina, strength, and suppleness which works the whole body. Aquafit is a low impact class perfect for all fitness levels and anyone recovering from injuries
