The 30 minute intense cycle class will wake you up! You’ll ride to motivating music whilst improving your cardio fitness, burning calories and strengthening your legs and core. Great if your goal is Weight Loss, Training for an Event or General Fitness
Our Wednesday cycle class alternate between two instructors, one week you’ll get Kerri who will take you on an indoor experience where you’ll spin your way through a mixture of terrains – tackling hills, time trials, sprints and flats. The next you’ll get Clare who will turn the class in to a mixture of body weight exercise combined with a cycle workout. Either way you’re going to get a great workout.

All welcome swim is for anyone and everyone, children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult (2 under 8’s to 1 adult)

Boxercise, a safe, effective and fun form of exercise suitable for all levels of fitness. That combines cardio work, strength training, timing, balance and boxing skills into one fitness activity.
The cardio-based, total-body conditioning programme is based on ‘max interval training’, unlike traditional, old-school workouts that feature short bursts of maximum intensity with longer periods of rest, insanity flips that formula upside-down. Adding high-intensity exercise forces the body to use fast-twitch muscle fibers not normally engaged in cardio exercise. These fast-twitch fibers continue burning fuel even during lower-intensity exercise

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.
POP Pilates is a total body, equipment-free work out that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer’s body like nothing else can. POP Pilates is a more modern version on the typical Pilates classes; with up to date up beat music.
The room heat for a hot yoga session is up to 42 degrees. Humidity usually extends from 40% to 60%. Hot Yoga encourages the many benefits of regular yoga practice, with the added dimension of practicing in a heated environment. By practicing Hot Yoga, you engage your body in focused breath work and posture work, using heat to encourage greater flexibility, allowing you to sweat out and detoxify impurities from the body at the same time. The direct result is increased flexibility, strength and tone, detoxification and benefits of weight loss too, which added to the benefits of regular yoga practice, make this a hugely appealing and effective means of enhancing physical and mental wellbeing in a unique and rewarding way. You do not need to be “super fit” or “super flexible” to practice Hot Yoga
Don’t Just Ride…Feel the Vibe! Vibe Cycle is a great fun workout, everyone can ride a bike! Each participant is in total control of their own resistance level. It is a fantastic way of getting fit and burning plenty of calories, with the added extra of 15 minutes of abs burning exercises at the end.
Vibe Power is a freestyle resistance class with the focus on strength and power – low reps with high resistance. It is predominantly a barbell based class but many aspects of equipment training can be utilised. This class gets participants results FAST and feels great too!

Aero Tone is a low intensity aerobics class, perfect for someone who’s looking to keep in shape. The aerobics class is a mixture of body weight and latin dance techniques combined to create a great workout
Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. You’ll be sure to work up a sweat and burn them calories

Total Tone is an aerobics class designed to increase cardiovascular finesses, perfect for someone who is getting back into fitness as total tone is a lower intensity class that helps you to drop fat and develop some muscles to boost metabolism
Vi-Box offers instructors and their participants a fitness class that includes punch and knee strike combinations, cardio fitness, agility, strength, group interaction and fun. You won’t believe how much you can sweat in this class and still enjoy yourself!
Pilates involves low-impact exercises and stretches designed to strengthen muscles of the torso. Regular Pilates practise can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Great if your goal is Weight Loss, Toning, Strength & Conditioning, Build Muscle, Training for an Event or General Fitness
Aqua circuit is for those who prefer a more targeted workout without the dance to music element. Aqua circuit’s classes are the aquatic equivalent to circuits in the gym. Based on a range of activities and movements, participants use equipment such as weights and specialised floats and move between stations to tone specific muscle groups. Workouts often include an element aimed at improving aerobic fitness.
Step aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise using an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step. This class is good for building fitness and toning legs.
This class is a mix between boxercise and Indoor group cycling, giving you a 60 minutes high calorie burning workout! Suitable for all levels, Mix things up and try this class.
Not done any fitness for a while? Well this class is perfect for getting back into shape. Nifty 50’s is a gentle instructor lead aqua session, with the option to take part in aqua exercises or a gentle swim. As the class is in the pool the water means there’s no impact on joints and the low intensity means anyone can come along.
Aquafit is a low impact high intensity water class for all levels of fitness! Even if you can’t swim your more than welcome to come and exercise in the water!
Aquafit is a great way to rebuild fitness if your recovering from an injury or just coming back into fitness
A one hour Monster Circuit class consists of a mix of cardio and resistance training stations where you will focus on increasing your metabolism and boost your fitness levels with this all over workout.

The core burner! Spending as much time as possible in your optimum training zone for burning calories and fat, this session focusses on gaining muscle mass and core strength then this class is for you.
High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise great for building fitness.
The all-round body burner, using a variety of different equipment to mix things up. This class includes weights, cardio and body weight exercise to burn calories and gain strengthen. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.
